Insomnia and Urpower Diffuser

These are three of the many colors the diffuser turns.

In 2008 I developed insomnia. My insomnia required Rx sleeping pills. I was on these sleeping pills from 2008 until about 2015/2016. I moved to over the counter sleeping pills that I take to this day.

A co-worker said she has insomnia too and used sleeping pills until she discovered a diffuser. She said she no longer takes sleeping pills. So I said why not give it a try.

I purchased Urpower 2nd version from Amazon due to it being inexpensive and if it works then I will invest in a more expensive one.

Look at the video and let me know your thoughts. The scent I started out with was Tea Tree by Urbeauty. Last night I started using Sweet Orange. The video below has Tea Tree scent.

I’ll post in a few weeks to give an update on how the diffuser is working for me. In the meantime, I would recommend getting a Urpower diffuser and Urbeauty six scents pack just for the scents alone. They are calming and will relax you. I have provided links below to the Amazon site to purchase the items.

If you have a diffuser I would like your thoughts on it and for what reason you use it. If you purchase one, come back and tell me what you think.
